Tim Weitz will be on a panel about alternative dispute resolution (ADR) at the State Office of Administrative Hearings (SOAH) and state agencies at the upcoming TexasBarCLE 20th Annual Advanced Administrative Law Course.  The course will be held at the Austin Convention Center, September 18 - 19, 2008.   Tim will be joining the Honorable Renee M. Rusch and the Honorable Suzanne Formby Marshall -- SOAH ALJs and mediators --as well as Texas Medical Board (TMB) litigation attorney Scott Freshour at 8:30 a.m. on Friday, September19.  The presentation is expected to include a Q&A session in addition to prepared comments and discussion by the panelists.  The presenters will share their collective experience as veteran participants in the SOAH mediation process and state ADR.  The course will be recorded and the video will be shown December 4 - 5 at the Joe C. Thompson Conference Center.
